When you use our form or evaluation, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if provided), the county you live in, the stage of your eviction process, relevant dates, and any details you choose to share.

We automatically collect: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM), and the date and time of your request.

We use your information to: contact you about your legal situation at the number you provided (voice call, SMS/MMS, iMessage, RCS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging apps associated with your number) and at the email address you provided; connect you with one or more independent attorneys in our network who serve your area and case type; and improve and measure our service and advertising.

We keep the exact text of the consent you agreed to, along with the date, time, and IP address, as a record of your authorization.

We share your contact information and case details only with independent attorneys or law firms that participate in our network and can take on your defense, and only when you ask us to connect you, so they can contact you about your request. That transfer, for which participating attorneys pay us an advertising fee, may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA. Outside your explicit request, your data is not traded and stays strictly private.

Important exception — mobile opt-in data: text-message opt-in data (your number and SMS consent) is not sold to or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It is only used for the messages described in the SMS Terms.

Participating attorneys pay us an advertising fee. This costs you nothing.

We may also share data with vendors that provide services to us (for example, hosting, email, and storage), under contract and only to operate the service.

We do not share your immigration status; we do not collect it.

You have the right to: know what personal information we collect and who we share it with; request a copy; ask us to delete it; and ask us to correct it.

You have the right to ask us not to sell or share your personal information. Your data is only shared or transferred with specialists who can take on your defense, when you explicitly ask, and it stays strictly private. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser.

We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

This consent is not a condition of receiving help.

Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purpose we collected it and as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect it, though no system is completely secure.

Our service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
