When you ask us to connect you with an attorney — by submitting a form or evaluation — we transfer your data to independent attorneys or law firms in our network who can take on your defense, so they can handle your request. That transfer, for which attorneys pay us an advertising fee, may be considered a "sale" under California law.
Outside your explicit request, your data is not traded: not sold to third parties or data brokers, and not used for anyone else's advertising. Everything stays strictly private between you, us, and your assigned specialist.
How we treat your data
We use your information only for the service you requested: contacting you about your case and connecting you with specialists who can take on your defense in your area and case type.
Your data is only shared when you explicitly ask, and it stays strictly private. Participating attorneys may only use your data to handle your request — never against you.
Text-message opt-in data (your number and SMS consent) is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your rights and contact
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know what information we hold about you, request a copy, correct it, or delete it. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if your browser sends it.
